In July 2025, Meisonic received a project inquiry from a German manufacturing client who needed a customized ceiling monitor mounting solution mounted on a 40×40 mm aluminum profile beam. The project required the stand to be height-adjustable and equipped with an operating handle, allowing users to adjust the height without directly touching the monitor, thus improving ease of use and reducing the risk of contact with the device.

Meanwhile, the client specifically requested that the bracket automatically maintain a stable position after being pushed up or pulled down to a designated location, preventing slippage or displacement to ensure safety and stability in the production environment. This design accommodates the height differences of different operators, ensuring the monitor remains at a suitable viewing height, thereby optimizing the ergonomic experience and improving on-site operational efficiency.

After multiple rounds of technical communication and confirmation of details with the client, the Meisonic design team began structural design, confirming installation dimensions, structural parameters, and appearance design with the client using 3D renderings and 2D engineering drawings. Following design confirmation, the project entered the sample production stage.

After sample completion, the engineering team further optimized some details based on actual testing results and completed relevant stability and functional tests. The final product met the client's expectations in terms of structural stability, smooth adjustment, and user experience, successfully passing client acceptance and being put into use.
