I. Project Background With the rapid popularization of podcasts, online video interviews, and remote collaborative content, podcast recording spaces are upgrading from traditional audio recording tables to professional work systems integrating display, shooting, sound pickup, and control. In practical applications, issues such as the increased number of devices, limited desktop space, and complex wiring have become key factors affecting efficiency and the professionalism of the visuals. Based on these needs, Meisonic participated in and completed a Podcast Meeting Table monitor stand system solution in 2025 for podcast interviews and small meeting recording scenarios.

II. Application Requirements Analysis In this podcast project, the client raised the following core requirements:
1. Multi-monitor support: Suitable for remote guest display, monitoring recording/live streaming software, and presenting prompts and materials.
2. Coordinated equipment installation: Monitors, microphones, and cameras should be strategically positioned within the same work area to avoid obstruction or interference with image composition.
3. Long-term stability and high-frequency adjustment: The stand must withstand prolonged use and repeated adjustments, ensuring load-bearing capacity and structural stability.
4. Cable management and desktop tidiness: Power, audio, and video cables are centrally organized to reduce desktop clutter and enhance the overall professional image.

III. System Solution Design To address the above requirements, Meisonic provides a modular podcast stand system design, mainly comprising the following components:
1. Monitor Stand System Utilizes an industrial-grade load-bearing structure design. Supports height, angle, and horizontal adjustment. Monitor viewing height is matched to the camera axis, reducing eye movement during interviews.
2. Microphone Stand System Independent cantilever structure reduces desktop vibration transmission. Supports multi-angle adjustment to accommodate different user postures. Maintains a safe distance from the monitor stand to avoid interference with operation.
3. Camera Installation Solution The camera stand and monitor stand are linked for a stable shooting angle and consistent image composition. Adapts to single-camera or multi-camera shooting needs.
4. Cable Management and Structural Integration Hidden cable routing channels are provided inside the stand and on the table. Power, audio, and video cables are centrally managed. Keeps the desktop tidy and facilitates daily maintenance.

IV. Design verification and prototype production
During the project implementation, Meisonic adopted a dual verification method of 3D rendering verification + physical sample testing: 3D renderings and dynamic demonstration videos were used to confirm the equipment layout, adjustment range, and visual effects. Real production samples were made to test load-bearing capacity, adjustment smoothness, and stability. Based on actual usage feedback, structural details were optimized to ensure mass production consistency. The final solution successfully achieved a complete implementation from conceptual design to stable mass production.

V. Summary of application value
In practical applications, this Podcast Meeting Table monitor stand system achieves the following: Improved equipment integration in podcast interview spaces; Improved the relationship between the camera footage and the user's line of sight; Reduced equipment setup and maintenance costs; and Provides a scalable and replicable podcast workbench solution. By applying industrial-grade monitor stand technology to content creation scenarios, Meisonic provides a more stable and efficient professional support system for podcast and new media production environments.
